Progress Report/Report Card Mailing

Progress Reports

Education Code 49067 requires that a progress report must be issued to warn a student and his/her parents that there is a possibility of failure in a given subject.  At the discretion of the teacher, progress reports can also be sent to indicate positive performance in a given subject.  Progress reports are completed by each teacher approximately four weeks after the beginning of the quarter.  Progress reports are recorded on Aeries ABI.  A teacher may, however, turn in a special progress report any time during the quarter if unusual circumstances warrant it.

Report Cards

Report cards will be mailed to parents at the end of each quarter.  At the end of each semester the report card will indicate each quarter grade and the final semester grade. Only the semester grade will be recorded on the permanent record (except for quarter course).
